Dall Gill, Director of Tennis With over 25 years of experience, Dal, the Founder of Elite Tennis Academy brings forth a dynamic, focused and caring training environment for all ages. Throughout the establishment of his successful coaching system, Dal has lead many players to become national champions as well as, guided students to becoming world-class players. Vadim Korkh, Director of High Performance Vadim brings forth a wealth of experience and an impressive resume. He has a Masters in Physical Education from the Moscow Sport University, directed junior programs at several training facilities, and won the Tennis Canada Coaching excellence award multiple times. His past students include Andrei Chesnokov (ATP Top 10), Anna Kournikova (WTA Top 10), Vasek Pospisil, (ATP Top 25) and Rebecca Marino (WTA Top 40). Elite has many coaches with valuable expertise and established reputations: Helen Kelesi (WTA Top 15), Sandy Rai, Nelly Dvornicka, Anmol Ladhar, Lex Gabuyzan, and fitness trainer Scott Hebert. Elite manages to do that and more – accommodating the needs of all levels, from U8 to U18, from recreational to professional, and any level in between. ~ Khristina Blajkevitch Our Students Our students are composed of high performance level athletes, adults, recreational juniors, and tots. At the high performance level, our students compete internationally both in juniors and professionally, they are national champions, and we often produce the top 3-5 players in each age group for boys and girls locally. Some of our top current students include Khristina Blajkevitch, Jessie Gong and Kyryll Kryvchun, Khristina Blajkevitch competes on the ITF and WTA tours. Currently ranked at 800 WTA, Khristina was once Top 130 ITF in the world as a junior. She competed at the Junior Grand Slams, represented Canada at Junior Fed Cup and was a Canadian National Champion. Vadim and Dal have coached her since the age of 10. Khristina also achieved a full athletic scholarship to the University of Kentucky. 14-year-old Jessie Gong is our most achieved up and coming female. This year she reached the finals of the Canadian U14 Outdoor Championships, traveled to U18 ITF events in Costa Rica and El Salvador as part of Team Canada, and picked up her first couple of WTA points. Kyryll Kryvchun is our top junior boy. Last year he was crowned the Canadian National Champion. In addition, he has 4 ITF titles to his name and is currently ranked in the 300s in the world (U18 ITF). He will soon be taking an athletic scholarship to a US university, and will then continue on to professional tennis upon graduation.
