Tennis Rosters and State Entries 2015 Attention Athletic Directors and Tennis Coaches: It is required for every coach to have their roster listed on the AIA website. This process is done through the school login page. (Instructions can be found on www.aiaonline.org –select Coaches/select Tennis/select “Varsity Rosters-How to Create”) Individual State Tennis Entries (one singles entry and one doubles entry)     2015 State Individual Tennis entries close at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Thursday, April 16 Coaches must enter their singles and doubles selections from the roster on their school’s login page prior to the entry deadline. (note: A coach cannot enter individuals into the state tournament without a roster entered.) Once the entry deadline passes, there will be no additions to the state entries for the 2015 State Individual Tennis Tournament. 2015 AIA State Individual Tournament Seeding Meeting Dates: o o o Division I coaches seeding meeting : Saturday, April 18 @ 9:00 a.m. in AIA Board Room Division II coaches seeding meeting : Saturday, April 18 @ 12:00 noon in AIA Board Room Division III coaches seeding meeting : Monday, April 20 @ 5:30 p.m. in AIA Board Room Team State Tennis Line-ups     rd 2015 State Team Tennis Line-ups are due prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Thursday, April 23 . Coaches must select and list their line-up from the roster on the school’s login page. The coach must list (in rank order) the players o singles player’s #1 through #6 o doubles teams and player’s #1 through #3 In addition, the coach must list any remaining players (alternates that they think might be needed if there is sickness or injury to their ranked players. These alternate should be listed in the rank order they would be called on to be a substitute. Note: No player can be entered into a match that is not listed as a ranked player or as an alternate.
