Application Procedure
Inside applicants: Qualified and eligible staff within the classification will be considered as follows: Those oldest in point of
service shall be given first preference in filling this job, provided the qualifications and physical fitness of the applicants are relatively
equal. Qualified applicants must complete a transfer application on or before the posting deadline using
School Stream (job application software) located on the School District of Superior website
www.superior.k12.wi.us, under Employment link. Register in School Stream, find internal job transfer, answer
questions, click on “here”, select internal employee information, go back to posting and apply.
 Qualified applicants within this classification ARE REQUIRED to contact the Principal/Director prior to bidding the position. If
a posting is the same total bid hours as your bid hours and in the same school, employee must talk to the Principal about
interest in a lateral transfer within the same building before the posting deadline. The Principal makes the decision on
transfer requests within the building based on seniority, qualifications and other factors.
