The Office of Student Employment would like to thank you for attending the Part-Time Job Fair and recruiting at IUPUI.
Below are logistics for the event, and other information that you may find helpful.
Event Information
All visitors on campus must park in a designated visitor’s parking garage. More information on parking is below.
All organizations attending this event must have previously registered, and check-in at the time of your arrival.
The Employer Check-in Area is located directly outside Room 450, at the top of the escalators on the 4th floor of
the IUPUI Campus Center. Due to space limitations, all standard registrations include: 1 table, two chairs, and
two parking validations. Extra tables, chairs or parking validations are not available, with the exception of
sponsoring organizations, which receive 2 tables, 4 chairs and 4 parking validations.
Parking
Please plan on parking in the Vermont Street Parking Garage (1004 W. Vermont St. Indianapolis, IN 46202)
connected to the Campus Center. The third floor of the parking garage connects to the 2nd Floor of the IUPUI
Campus Center. The street address for the IUPUI Campus Center is 420 University Blvd.
Getting your parking validated: Each standard registration for the Part-Time Job Fair includes two parking
validations, which you must exchange a completed Event Survey (in your Employer Packet) for at the end of the
event. Surveys should be turned in at the Employer Registration area.
To exit the parking garage, you will need to insert the parking ticket you received from the parking garage into
the feeder first. After the machine has processed or calculated your parking costs, then insert the parking
voucher you were given at the fair.
Employer Lounge, CE 308
For your convenience, we have provided a light lunch in room CE 308. The Employer Lounge will be available
from 10:00 – 2:00. If you would like something in addition to what is provided, there are several dining options
available on the first and second floor of the Campus Center. Located on the 1st floor are Papa Johns, Chick-fil-A,
Outtakes, Crisp Salad Bar, GrillNation, Simmer Sushi and Starbucks (inside Barnes & Nobles). Located on the 2nd
floor are Erbert & Gerbert’s Subs and Caribou Coffee.
Wi-Fi Access
Guests are encouraged to use the “attwifi” network.
To connect, make sure your device's wireless networking (Wi-Fi) is turned on, and select the "attwifi" SSID. You may need to
start your web browser to finish authenticating to AT&T; for complete directions for several different devices, see AT&T's
Wireless Support.
Questions while at the fair
Please speak with a volunteer staff person at the Employer Check-In table, located in the hallway outside the
event. There will be several IUPUI Staff Members ready to answer your questions. If you have payment
