Students can use OneStart to register for classes, view their transcript, track financial aid disbursements, print their e-Bill, and search the library, view job postings, and access web mail. Open and Late Registration No appointment is needed to register for classes at this time. Online registration occurs via the Student Center in OneStart through Tuesday, May 19th. NOTE: A late registration fee will be assessed beginning Wednesday, May 20th. If you did not enroll during the previous semester and are unable to register for the current term, please contact (317) 274-1519. To register after May 19th, see the Drop/Add information box. Waitlist Courses that have met their capacity offer a waiting list option for student. During the waitlist period (the first 3 days of the term), if any enrolled student drops the class, the automatic process attempts to place waiting students in the order they appear on the list. The waitlist process will not place students who have time conflicts with other enrolled classes or who have exceed their maximum hours for the term. The waitlist process runs daily through Thursday, May 15th. If you are not placed in a class by this date, you must speak with your instructor directly as they may choose to allow additional students into their class as their discretion. Students must be officially enrolled in waitlisted classes by May 19 to avoid late fees. If you have financial aid, you must be officially register for the amount of hours needed for your aid. Waitlisted courses do NOT count for financial aid purposes. Drop/Add Students already enrolled may drop or add courses online via OneStart through May 19th with no grade or fee penalty. A Late Schedule Change Fee will be assessed for each course added beginning May 20th. Any changes made to enrollment may impact your financial aid eligibility. Beginning May 20th, students can drop and add classes online by selecting the Late drop/add classes link on the Self Service page in OneStart. Dropped courses will result in a grade of ‘W’ on the transcript. NOTE: UCOL students and freshmen in Engineering & Technology students must see their academic advisor in person. The advisor will then submit the online request on your behalf. Full term courses can be dropped via this process through June 2nd. Fees All student account bills are electronic. For all fee and fee payment information please visit: www.bursar.iupui.edu. The first bill of the Summer session was available in OneStart on May 6th.
