A High Point Hero
High Point, North Carolina, is proud of its
numerous citizens who have achieved
national, and sometimes international
prominence in various walks of life. Our
bygone Heroes include industrialists,
engineers, sportsmen, artists, inventors,
educators and members of the military. In
2010 the High Point Downtown
Improvement Committee installed the first
phase of a walking tour of these
phenomenal individuals.
