Terms and Conditions
General
1. The package is only valid for new online bookings and subject to availability.
2. The package is only valid for book on 4 Jun – 26 Jul, 2015 and stay on
13 Jun 2015 – 26 July 2015.
3. All rates are in MOP/HKD and subject to 5% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.
4. Bookings MUST be fully pre-paid upon making reservations.
5. Reservation need to be made 4-day in advance before arrival date.
6. No cancellations, refunds, date or name change after reservation is made. Cancellation of the
booking or reduction in the number of nights is not permitted. A charge equivalent to the total
room rental price plus service charge and government tax will be imposed for No-Show.
7. Any extension of stay, after initial booking is confirmed, will be subject to availability and will be
at Hotel’s Best Available Rate.
8. All package inclusions are on a per stay basis.
9. Unused package benefits cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash either in full or in part.
10. The package is only valid for 6 years old or above.
11. Cost for an additional guest (12 years old or below) is MOP/HKD200 per person per night
inclusive of daily breakfast and one-way Cotai Water Jet Cotai Class ferry ticket but not inclusive
of show ticket.
12. Cost for an additional guest (13 years old or above) is MOP/HKD450 per person per night
inclusive of daily breakfast and one-way Cotai Water Jet Cotai Class ferry ticket, but not inclusive
of show ticket.
13. Extra bed is not available in Two Queen Room, and there is a limit of 3 guests per selected room.
14. Upgrade to Deluxe Suite will be on first-come, first-serve basis and subject to availability.
15. At least 1 occupant of the room must be 18 years old or above.
1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
2. Conrad Macao, Cotai Central / Venetian Orient Limited reserve the right to change the Terms
and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. In case of dispute, the decision of Conrad Macao, Cotai Central / Venetian Orient Limited shall
be final.
Shopping and Dining Dollars
16. The Shopping and Dining Dollars can be collected at hotel main lobby concierge counter.
17. The Shopping and Dining Dollars must be used on or before check-out date.
18. The Shopping and Dining Dollars cannot be transferred to cash either in full or in part.
19. The Shopping and Dining Dollars can be used at designated retail shops, restaurants and
bars.
20. The Shopping and Dining Dollars cannot be used as payment for hotel accommodation.
21. Lost Shopping and Dining Dollars voucher(s) is/are not reclaimable or refundable, no
matter with or without proof of purchase.
22. Unused or expired Shopping and Dining Dollars are neither returnable nor refundable.
23. Conrad Macao, Cotai Central / Venetian Orient Limited reserves the right to change or
modify this Shopping and Dining Dollars voucher program or the associated Terms &
Conditions at any time without prior notice.
“Beauty and the Beast” Show
1. Show period of “Beauty and the Beast”: 13 Jun - 26 Jul 2015.
2. Show is not available on 14 Jun and every Monday.
3. Show tickets included in this package is for show at 20:00 on check-in date, and is not
changeable.
4. The assignment of the show seat will be on first-come, first-serve basis and subject to the
allocation of tickets for these special packages.
5. Guest will be compensated by MOP500 Shopping and Dining Dollars per show ticket for
cancellation or rescheduling of show under unforeseen circumstances.
6. Additional tickets to “Beauty and the Beast” are based on the full fare.
7. All “Beauty and the Beast” show tickets Terms and Conditions apply.
Cotai Water Jet
1. Redemption of complimentary Cotai Water Jet ticket(s) is limited to Cotai Class, from Macao to Hong
Kong route only.
2. No prior reservation is allowed for any complimentary ferry ticket(s) and it is subject to schedule and
space availability at time of redemption.
3. Guest is required to approach Hotel Concierges, CotaiTravel or any designated counters within the
property for ticket redemption process.
4. Ferry ticket redemption is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
offers
5. Unused ferry ticket cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash either in full or in part.
6. For any advance paid or complimentary Cotai Water Jet ferry ticket(s) or tickets issued by other ferry
operators, the hotel will not be responsible for any form of full or partial reimbursement or refund.

(From Macao to Hong Kong International Airport)
9. Redemption of complimentary Cotai Water Jet tickets from Macao to Hong Kong International Airport
(HKIA), the passages are required to follow and note the following items:
 Redeem ticket at least 6 hours prior to ferry departure time. Recommend ticket redemption 1 day
before travel period.
 Possess valid travel documents which should have at least 6 months validity date from the date of
travel.
 Possess a valid travel visa for the destination with a confirmed flight ticket.
 Arrive at the Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time
to register and check in the baggage.
 Arrive at HKIA SkyPier for check-in 120 minutes before the flight’s scheduled departure time.
