Buying a Ticket?
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they apply to all ticket purchases:
1) There aren’t any refunds.
a.
Sorry, no refund of tickets will be made under any circumstances. If you are unable to
use your ticket, you may give it away, sell it to a friend or contact Southwest Michigan
First to donate it as a student or non-profit scholarship ticket.
2) We can change the date if the weather goes crazy.
a.
Southwest Michigan First may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to
adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable
control – although we don’ t anticipate that ever happening.
i. If weather-related changes are made to the event date, time or location, notice
will be posted online at www.catalystuniversity.me/weather, on event social
media sites and an email will also be sent to those who have registered their
address on the website.
ii. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the
rescheduled date. New tickets will not be issued. If an event is cancelled without
a rescheduled date, the purchaser should visit
www.catalystuniversity.me/weather for refund options.
3) We’ll keep your information private.
a.
Information collected from the registration process could be used for marketing
purposes by Southwest Michigan First or its affiliated companies and/or brands. By
registering for Catalyst University, either individually or as a group, you’re granting
permission to Southwest Michigan First and its affiliated companies and/or brands to
add you to its email list(s). This isn’t permanent, as you may opt-out of any list at any
time.
4) You’ll behave like a lady or gentleman.
a.
The ticket holder agrees to abide by all rules and policies of the venue where the event
is located relating to conduct and behavior.
As the Ticket Holder, you voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether
occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event. Of course, we’ll do everything in our
control to avoid any of those circumstances.
