How We Help
First, we listen to you, the employer, to determine what your
motivations are for continuing to provide or for introducing a
Financial Wellbeing element to your overall Wellbeing initiatives for
your employees. We then work with you to determine how best this
topic is to be incorporated into your overall wellbeing initiatives.
Next, we learn from you about the valuable existing employment
benefits you offer to your employees, so that we can highlight these on your
behalf during the financial wellbeing initiative. In addition, we ensure that
all of our Financial Wellbeing initiatives are tailored specifically to you and
your employee’s requirements, based on the feedback we receive from you
and your experiences of previous wellbeing programmes you have run.
Then, we deliver our initiatives in a format that best suits your
workplace, be that group presentations, smaller workshops, or 1:1 Clinics.
This allows us to provide your staff with the widest possible access whatever
type of initiative you choose, with the minimum amount of disruption
to your workplace, in the environment best suited to your employees.

consultations with employees. The most positive feedback we received
over the week was for the Financial Wellbeing Day with participants
commenting on Brendan and Jim’s comprehensive presentation,
engaging manner, ability to make complex topics very clear and their
extensive knowledge and experience. I wholeheartedly recommend
