Key Responsibilities/Role:

Work with Sales/pre-sales team to help them understand the customer requirement, architect the solution
and help delivery team in successful deployment.
To contribute to support sales and pre-sales team by conducting basic infrastructure audits at customers
sites / DC
Provide technical inputs in pre-sales cycle of key and large deals
Conduct or contribute for POC, Demos and Pilot runs for critical IT solutions related to his/her domain
Basic solution design or redesign based on customer pain areas
Advanced system configurations and migrations
Prepare High level and Low level designs for advanced installations/implementations which are of multi
technology nature in heterogeneous environments and project roll outs
Conduct internal / external trainings, technology workshops
Mentor technical resources and help train/certify them
Develop self-skills on at least one specialization stream in his or her technology domain

IT/ Networking industry experience covering designing Comprehensive Networking Solutions to address
large Opportunities, Implementation of infrastructure/networking projects, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales and
Technical Support.
Hands on knowledge of solution designs and preparation of HLD and LLD as per proposed solutions.
Should be well versed and have hands on experience with a wide array of technologies in respective domain
like Routing/Switching, Wireless, Data Center consultancy, Network Planning, Design and Technical Support,
IPV6 and Network migration strategy formation and consultancy.
A good knowledge of IPV6 migration strategy and working.
Planning, Designing and Architecting LAN/ WAN/ WiFi solutions.
Design & Proposing various solutions in & around of core technology areas.
Sound knowledge in Capacity Planning for IT Enterprise Systems.
Expertise in High availability, DC, DR fail overs and fail back mechanisms, latest technology trends and
advanced services execution
Consulting skills for Network Transformation
Any technology related OEM or industry standard certifications like CCIP/CCNP, CCIE, CSSIP, CISA etc.

Analytical skills and ability to train on technology topics
Good understanding of heterogeneous multi technology IT environments, inter-operability issues, customer
industry specifics issues in IT environment, critical business process and functions of customers, SLA, CSAT
