The schematic design package process will include
an initial one hour meeting with the homeowner and
Nina Valenziano Levy '98 to take place in the client's
home. Discussion will cover the addition or renovation
floor plan. Curry Architects will return to the home
to measure the existing conditions relevant to the
addition/renovation discussed at the initial meeting.
Curry Architects will input the as-built conditions
into AutoCAD and then apply the design concept
discussed during the initial meeting. The new
schematic floor plan will be provided to the
homeowner in electronic format.
The home must be in Baltimore County, Baltimore
City, Howard, Harford or Carroll Counties.
Exclusions: If the project is larger than 2,000 square
feet we can provide a proposal for the time it will
take to complete the additional square footage for
the work listed above. If you are interested in taking
the project further we can provide a proposal for the
remainder of the schematic phase and the following
phases of design. Or, you can take the design concept to the architect or builder of your choice.
