Consignor also understands that Principessa Children’s Boutique reserves the right to reject any item brought in for consignment – for any reason. IT IS THE CONSIGNOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PICK UP ANY REJECTED ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DROP-OFF. ITEMS NOT PICKED-UP WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DONATED TO CHARITY. Principessa Children’s Boutique shall NOT be responsible for loss or damage to items consigned due to fire, theft, vandalism or natural disaster. Markdowns may occur at 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days, and/or 90 days. Any item may be marked down at any time to coincide with sales, promotions or to move merchandise. Any items accepted and later found to have stains, tears, buttons missing etc, will then be donated at will. I will be emailed a charitable donation form for my tax records before tax season._______ I would like to be paid via check (items sold must be $25 or over to produce a check) at the end of every month in which my items have sold____. I will take 40% of the selling price. I understand that I may use the balance in my account at any time towards store purchases. Please note there is a $1 check handling fee per check issued.
