Kidsfest San Diego is San Diego’s largest hands on, creative festival for
kids and their families.
It is a weekend long event filled with simple,
organic, creative play for kids. We are excited that you are an interested
exhibitor. Please take the time to fill out this form in its entirety…the
more details the better. As we would like to accept each and every exhibitor,
we must stay true to our event brand in order to create the best experience
for our attendees. We place a strong emphasis on the tent set up as well as
the free activity.
We are different from an expo, trade show, or fair.
This is not a “show up with a tablecloth and ask for email addresses” kind of
show.
We want parents to walk away inspired by your company and kids
excited about your activity…or vice versa.
Application deadline: April 5, 2013
Early-Bird special: If your Application is turned in by December 1, 2013 you will receive
$50 discount off of your application fee.

Handmade: This application and fee is structured for a small business that creates handmade
products. If you make table forts, child hair ties, bubble wands, etc., with your own two hands and a
have business license, then the Handmade Application for you! Fee: $ 295*
Non-profit: If you are a registered non-profit with a non-profit tax- ID number, then Non-Profit
Application is the application for you. Fee: $ 295*
Small Business: if you do not create products with your own two hands, but you would love to get
your small business involved, then Small Business Application is for you. Small businesses only have
one location and are privately owned.
Fee: $495
Corporate Business: This application and fee is structured for the businesses with more than one
location and/or corporately owned. If you have a great company and you would love to share it
with our attendees, then the Corporate Application is for you.
Fee: $ 595

KidsFest San Diego is a special event designed to foster the imagination of young children.
We are NOT a trade show, expo or fair. Although trade shows, expos and fairs can be good;
our goal is to be a unique event that inspires creativity. Therefore we will only be accepting
those who fit our mission best. Your activity plays an important role in the decision making
process. Each booth is required to have an interactive, free activity that engages children
ages 2-10 years old. Please describe your booth activity in detail below. Keep in mind that
KidsFest San Diego reserves the right to accept only those exhibitors that incorporate
activities deemed suitable for this event. Please see the Activity List included as a guide for
your activity.

Booths are placed on a first-come, first-served basis & at the discretion of KidsFest
San Diego.

Standard Booth: $295
Deposit:
A $100 deposit check is due at the submission of your application. This deposit will only be
accepted as a check. The check will not be cashed unless you incur fees or damages as
listed below. If fees have been incurred, then we will notify you with an itemized list before
the check is cashed. If fees or damages are not incurred then we will return the check to
you. Please read our Terms and Conditions for a better understanding of our fees.

Insurance:
Exhibitors are required to carry insurance coverage and present a copy of their Certificate of
Insurance with their application. The certificate of insurance from your insurance carrier
should indicate that your participation at this event is covered under that policy and naming
the underlined below as additional insured:
The Exhibitor hereby indemnifies KidsFest San Diego, The Venues of NTC Promenade and the
City of San Diego and KidsFest San Diego agents, employees and offices against and agrees
to defend and hold them harmless from any and all liability, loss, expense, damage, claims,
injuries and causes of action arising out of or resulting from or in connection with the
Exhibitor’s work or activities.
REFUND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing by MARCH 8, 2013 will entitle exhibitor to a 50% refund. No
refunds will be issued after MARCH 8, 2013.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS
I hereby warrant and confirm that the above information is, to the best of my knowledge,
true and correct, and further certify that I have read all of the information provided in this
application and agree with the Terms & Conditions provided. It is agreed and understood
that the completion of this application shall not be binding either to the proposed exhibitor
or to KidsFest San Diego, until accepted in writing by KidsFest San Diego.
Submission of this application, and the payment of fees, does not guarantee a space.
Kidsfest San Diego will review the applications and notify you of your acceptance. If you are
not chosen your payment and deposit check will be returned.
