Richard contributes columns to The Canberra Times and Australian Financial Review and has co-authored Affluenza, An Introduction to Australian Public Policy: Theory and Practice, and the forthcoming Minority Policy – Rethinking Government when Parliament Matters with Brenton Prosser. Dr Dennis will be speaking on the recent Australian Government Intergenerational Report, and its relevance for Tasmania, including federal financing arrangements.
