At the forefront of aromatherapy for over 30 years, Aromatherapy Associates believe passionately
in the healing powers of natural plant extracts. From sourcing ingredients and developing
products, to blending oils and creating their unique, recognisable aromas, Aromatherapy
Associates maintain the highest standards of quality to bring you an aromatherapy experience

VOYA
Inspired by traditions of Ireland’s Northwest coast, three generations of the Walton family have
scientifically harnessed the healing properties of seaweed and created VOYA organic beauty
products and treatments from the sea. With sustainability at its heart, this revolutionary range of
Soil Association certified organic products and treatments is a showcase of how science can release
nature’s most powerful resources and still protect the earth. Their seaweed is only harvested by

SPIEZIA ORGANICS
Handmade in Cornwall, this skincare collection uses, where possible, local herbs and flowers.
Rich in natural beneficial ingredients and entirely free from harmful synthetic chemicals, it is the
first to be accredited 100% organic by the Soil Association, across the whole range. Therapeutic
and holistic treatments focus on physical, emotional and spiritual health, aiming to bring body

FRAZER PARFUM
A small perfume house based in Cape Town, South Africa. At Fletcher’s Cottage we offer the
signature Mali Body Butter Treatment, using Shea Butter which is handmade in Mali by the ladies
of the M’Pedougou village.

Created and inspired from the peaceful surroundings of Loch Lomond. Luxury Scottish spa brand,

Thermal area
Marine Steam Room A salt steam treatment which is very beneficial for the wellbeing of the body by alleviating respiratory and sinus problems and lethargy leaving the skin hydrated and smooth.
Aroma Sauna The Sauna features herbs handpicked from the garden. It increases circulation and metabolic rate bringing nutrients to the surface of the skin, leaving it healthy and glowing. It also opens up the pores detoxifying the skin by flushing out any impurities and is excellent for reviving tired and strained muscles.
Rasul mud cure Is an ancient ritual using natural head-to-toe mineral-rich mud, heat,
steam and purifying water to draw out impurities, increase circulation and tone the skin.

Salt Healing Room Using Himalayan salt bricks our salt healing room has over 1500 Himalayan
salt bricks in the walls alone which contain the perfect ratio of minerals and trace elements, as
well as the highest mineral concentration of any known salt, that are extraordinarily beneficial
to the human body.

Personal bath huts In the walled garden there are two therapeutic bath huts, complete with
a cosy log-burner, hot chocolate and any treatments you desire. Your choice of baths includes
organic, hand-harvested seaweed with sea salt to detoxify the body and help relieve the signs of
ageing, or a beautiful aromatherapy oil bath to heighten the senses and clear the mind.

Our Spa Experience includes time in our Thermal Area with Marine Steam and Aroma Sauna,
the Relaxation area as well as the gymnasium and personal changing rooms. When you spend over
£80 on any treatment you can enjoy our Spa Experience with our compliments.
Rasul Time – £50 for one person / £90 for two people
Enjoy a traditional cleansing ritual with a friend or your partner in our Rasul mud cure along with
time in the thermal experience. The wonderful experience concludes with a warm shower, leaving
the skin silky smooth. A spa therapist will explain the method and you carry out the practise.
Fletcher’s Cottage Spa Signature Treatment (75 mins) – £120
The Ultimate massage – the team at Fletcher’s Cottage Spa have worked together, bringing
together years of experience and specialised techniques drawn from all over the world to offer you
a bespoke and unique treatment. Includes deep, yet soothing massage movements and stretches,
focusing on the back, neck & shoulders, feet and scalp, however if needed - we will focus on your
areas of concern, depending on your needs.

Reflexology (60 mins) – £90
A natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears
and their referral areas which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through
application of pressure, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the
body’s natural healing process. The treatment also includes an aroma foot soak and foot wrap.

This premium treatment releases and dissolves tensions and strains held in every part of the body.
Strategic pressures stimulate the nervous system; Swedish and neuromuscular techniques relieve
muscular tension and lymphatic drainage, encouraging healthy circulation.
Ultimate Rose Pregnancy Massage (60 mins) – £90
Relieve stresses and strains, heavy legs and an aching back with this all-over body treatment.
Includes a relaxing and rejuvenating full scalp and facial massage.
Rose Hydrator (60 mins) – £80
This intensely hydrating treatment includes a full body exfoliation followed by the layering of a
rich rose serum, oil and cream, leaving your body radiant, soft and smooth and your spirits bright
and uplifted.
Intense Nourishment (90 mins) – £120
A deep treatment for dry, devitalised skin to leave the whole body intensely nourished and smooth.
Includes a scrub, followed by the layering of hydrating marine algae and a velvety moisturising

VOYA
Please note that all VOYA treatments must be booked at least 24hours in advance in order that
your seaweed can be prepared for the treatment.
Voyager Total Massage Journey (90 mins) – £110
A complete top to toe relaxation journey incorporating foot treat, back treat,
stretches and deep muscle body massage.
Seaweed Leaf Hot Stone Massage (90 mins) – £130
A different type of massage, ideal for deep tissue treatment, combining essential oils and heated
stones on leaves of seaweed all over the body. Perfect for soothing muscles while releasing the
precious seaweed extracts below.
Detox Herbal Bag Massage (90 mins) – £130
Soaked warm bags containing a combination of the finest herbs and seaweed. This process
reconditions and rejuvenates your skin by gently exfoliating the outer layers and nourishing deep
within. Choose between calming chamomile, reviving peppermint or stimulating fennel.
Tangle Me Up Wrap Body Wrap (60 mins) – £90
This all over body treatment revitalizes with full body brushing, a hot towel cleanse, relaxing tired
and lethargic muscles. Antioxidant compounds in the body wrap fight cellulite and the signs of
aging, improving the suppleness and elasticity of your skin.
Organic Seaweed Leaf Wrap (90 mins) – £130
This is the crème da crème of body wraps: a signature seaweed wrap by Voya Organic. It uses
fresh leaves of Atlantic seaweed to cocoon the body and deeply detoxify, moisturise, soften and
revive the body. Before bandaging the body, an exfoliation is carried out with finely ground down
seaweed.
Peppermint & Seaweed Sugar Glow (60 mins) – £75

SPIEZIA
Spiezia Head in Heaven (75 mins) – £90
A combination of deep breathing exercises and slow Tui Na-Chinese massage rebalance and calm
shoulders, head and face, inducing a sense of bliss and relaxation. Massaging facial pressure points
eases and clears the mind, releasing tension.
Spiezia Relax into Radiance (75 mins) – £110
Feel invigorated yet relaxed with this all-encompassing treatment. Soothing strokes detox and
prepare the body for an enlivening head to toe exfoliation, to melt away tension and leave the skin
pristine and polished. Finishes with a mini facial and a head massage to clear and calm your busy

Spiezia Pregnancy Pampering (75 mins) – £90
This wonderfully nurturing whole body massage uses slow, smooth massage techniques to calm
and alleviate any aches and pains, using 100% organic oils to help prevent stretch marks. It’s the
perfect treat for women in their second or third trimester.
Spiezia Organic Stone Massage (75 mins) – £120

The Mali Body Butter treatment (90 minutes) – £150
This intensive moisture massage covers your body in luxurious layers of organic African Vegetal
Shea Nut Butter. The Shea Butter is melted into a warm golden oil and is massaged liberally into

exfoliate your face more layers of organic seaweed leaves are then applied over a warm poultice

Similar to an acupuncture facelift, this uses Ayurvedic and Anma massage techniques from India

Please allow an appropriate drying period after all manicures and pedicures. It is advisable to wear

While you’re at Fletcher’s Cottage Spa we hope you feel completely at home. Please just let us
know if you’d like the music in your treatment room to be louder or quieter or you’d like to listen
to something different… if you’d like your massage to feel deeper or softer… if you’d like a hot drink
or another newspaper at any time... Our therapists are here ready to listen and always happy to
oblige.
Arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to give you plenty of time to register at a
relaxed pace. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment will be shortened
in consideration of the next guest. We have allowed time for consultation at the beginning and
relaxation at the end of each treatment.
Please note Fletcher’s Cottage Spa operates a no shoe policy. Slippers, a robe and towels are
provided for your comfort.
Payment
We are pleased to accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. For your convenience, if you are
resident at Archerfield House, spa charges can be transferred to your room account.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received more than 24 hours before a booked treatment can be rescheduled at no
additional charge.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of a booked treatment will require full payment.
Mobile phones

Medical questionnaire
When you arrive, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure the treatment
is suitable for you. Should there be a problem, we will always offer alternative treatments.
Personal belongings
We have changing rooms with numerous lockers and we provide soft, luxurious robes and slippers.
For wet area treatments please bring your swimwear. Please note, we recommend that you leave all
valuables at home as we cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Please do not wear jewellery while using the wet facilities or during treatments.
Under age policy
Our treatments are specifically tailored for adults. No-one under the age of 16 is permitted in the
Fletcher’s Cottage Spa.

We are delighted to offer a full range of luxury skincare from our specialist products of
Aromatherapy Associates, Voya, Spiezia, Frazer Parfum and Pure Lochside. Gift vouchers can
also be purchased from the spa reception.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for an amount or treatment of your choice. They are valid for a period
of 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. If you would like to redeem a
voucher against treatments, please bring it with you on the day of your visit.
