Established in 1982, we’ve been entertaining roaring
crowds ever since. It used to be that logging shows
were limited to the confines of small logging
communities, where men would compete after the work
was done to see who was the fastest sawer, quickest
climber, and most steady on the logs. The lumberjacks
showed off their skills, knowing that the best logger
could earn more money when work started again. Today,
the dangers of the industry are still very real and
crowds flock to see the recreation of these thrilling
competitions all over the world. No longer are they
limited to small time gathering, with lumberjack shows
seeing huge international success and sponsorships.
The West Coast Lumberjack Show is a summer only event.
This thrilling show is comprised of the following events:
Chain saw carving, awe throwing, underhand chop, hot
saw racing, double buck racing, standing block chop, pole
climbing, Jack & Jill double buck, log burling and
springboard. The show runs 3 times a day, lasting about
30 minutes to 40 minutes.
8
PERFORMING ON THE GRANDSTAND THURSDAY @ 8:00 P.M.
9
The Nerveless Nocks Thrill Show is the perfect stunt and thrill motorcycle and
aerialist show for fairs and festivals. The Nerveless Nocks Thrill Show has been
the most successful continuing attraction ever presented in any amusement
park or fair world-wide.
The Nerveless Nocks are descendants of the Swiss Circus Family Nock and are
among the most respected aerial stunt artisits in the world today. Since
1954 The Nerveless Nocks Thrill Show has been performing for audiences
across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and world-wide. In every theme
park, state fair, theater and circus where it has appeared and headlined, the
fully produced arena show has set records for enthusiastic public response,
attendance and publicity.
Sensational Sky-High Swaypoles will be featured in North Battleford! A handover-hand climb to the top of a breathtaking aerial exchange from pole to
pole, and an unbelievable headfirst free-fall back to the ground with (-8 poles.
The Nocks have earned universal acclaim for their daring stunts on skyscraping
sway poles, completely free of guy wires and safety means. The Nocks can
bend their sway poles to a perilous 40 degree angle. They also feature an
unbelievable and risky mid-air sway pole exchange, where all members of The
Nocks actually exchange sway poles in mid-air. In addition they are the only
performers anywhere to perform a grueling hand over hand climb up their super
tall poles. The act's fantastic finale is performed with the upside down human
free fall plunge to the ground below.

DAVID KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE THINKING....
The cutting edge of today’s on-stage mystery entertainment is
mentalism. And David Thiel is one of the top mentalists in North
America.
You'll re-discover "wonder" in this high energy stage show.
You'll see mind reading and hear impossible predictions. You'll learn
fascinating things about members of the audience. You'll smile.
You'll laugh out loud. You'll sit in the audience and start wondering
if it's possible what you're seeing on-stage is real. Best of all, you'll
remember what brushing up against magic feels like.
11
With music and two feather friends during the pre-show that leads
the audience into our Hillbilly Show. The swinemaster is dressed in
colourful coveralls and does the introductions of all the animal
racers to the audience while the caretaker places the "silks" on the
racers and gets them ready to race.
We pick out cheerleaders from the audience to "root" on the racers
to victory. The race begins with the "Call to the Post" and the sound
of a bell and they're off. All participants and cheerleaders get a
ribbon saying, "I went Hog Wild at the Pig Races". We then follow
up with a duck race, Baby Pot Bellied Pigs, mixed animal and pig
race, our own Backyard Olympics for volunteers from the audience
and one last pig race.
