The Examinations/Records Office is advising students of the consultation dates on their website, and
in addition, that staff members will be available to meet students who are re-sitting examinations in
August. Departments/schools will also provide access to scripts for all students as below. We will
circulate a separate note to the students informing them of the procedures that apply to the School.
In order to make the consultation days run as smoothly as possible, the following procedures apply for
students accessing their examination scripts:

Student Application Forms to discuss examination results / view scripts are available from the School
Office. Completed forms should be returned to the School Office.

Students should apply at least three days in advance of the viewing date to allow time to collate the
scripts.

Students can view their scripts, under supervision, in the School Board Room 1.56.

Scripts may not be viewed by a third party.

The School Office will arrange all appointments between students and staff, as requested.

An appointment schedule will be circulated to the relevant staff members in advance of the
consultation days.

If a staff member is unavailable to meet students or a Department has made alternative arrangements,
please inform the School Office.
