E-mail: [email protected] PUBLIC NOTICE THE 10TH PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICIAN BOARD (PSPTB) EXAMINATIONS FOR MAY 2015 EXAMINATION SESSION The Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) is invting applications from prospectives candidates to register and sit for its professional examinations to be held from 11th – 14th May 2015 country wise. The following examinations stages will be tested during May 2015 examination session: (i) (ii) (i) (ii) Examination Stage Basic Stage Professional Stage Basic Stage I (i) Professional Stage I Basic Stage II (ii) Professional Stage II (iii) Professional Stage III Foundation Stage Foundation Stage I (iv) Professional Stage IV Foundation Stage II (v) Professional Stage V Aspring candidates for these examinations are advised to submit applications for candidacy Registration on or before 28th February 2015 and Examination entry forms on or before 31st March 2015. These forms can be downloaded from PSPTB website (www.psptb.go.tz) or physically collected from Board’s offices. Important Notes: (i) Currently available examination centers are: Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mbeya, Kilimanjaro, Mwanza, Tanga, Singida, Kigoma and Zanzibar. (ii) Incomplete forms or those which have not been accompanied by sufficient candidacy registration and examination entry fees supported by original Bank Pay in slip shall not be processed. (iii) Penalty fees will be charged for candidacy and examination entry applications received after the deadline. (iv) The application for examination entry must be signed by coordinator of Registered Training Institution and stamped with Training Institution’s Official stamp, otherwise will not be processed. (v) All Fees for candidacy registration and examinations entry should be made through PSPTB Bank Accounts with NBC Corporate branch A/C No. 0111 0301 7252 or NMB Bank House branch A/C No. 2013 500 374. No cash payments are accepted at PSPTB offices. (vi) Candidates are strongly advised to enroll for review classes at Registered Training Centres before taking these examinations. Review classes are aimed at enhancing basic knowledge acquired. No candidate will be admitted for the examinations if has not attended review classes as per the Board’s syllabus.
