With respect to the service contract notice
regarding EuropeAid/133824/DH/SER/RS may I
kindly ask you to clarify me whether a framework
contract with a budget more than 1.500.000
euros that covers altogether at least 2 of the
fields described in Article 7 of the service
contract notice, is an eligible reference?

The question deals with assessment of
eligibility of projects under one of the
published selection criteria. Please note
that pursuant to PRAG 3.3.5, 'Additional
information during the procedure'," ...the
contracting authority cannot give a prior
opinion on the assessment of the tender."
Therefore, the Evaluation Committee will
analyse the applications in detail and
decide against the published selection
criteria.
