A Celebration of the Creative Arts - Art & Music under the trees
This will be a Saturday you never forget. Anything can happen
but you can be sure that good music, good food, and a whole bunch of friendly
people will be a part of it. Enjoy the whole day or just come to see your
favorite type of music and view fantastic art. There will be something for
everyone including many booths selling early Christmas presents and unique
handmade items. We’re sure you will be amazed at the talent and creativity of
all of the artists. There will even be a full size railroad motor coach. The
California Donor Network and the Food Pantry will be there. The Girl Scouts
will provide entertainment for the kids. Did I say it’s all FREE?
Special thank you to our favorite local 2012 Festival Sponsors....

THE OTHER PLUCKERS
Five local San Leandran people playing good-timey
music on guitars, basses, mandolins, and sometimes
banjos. With good harmonies and smiles on their
faces, they will be playing music that makes them
feel good. And when they feel good, it’s contagious.
You’ll be dancin’ before you know it. Lee VegasGuitar, Mandolin & Vocals, Ed “King” GonzalezBanjo, Mando & Vocals, Adam Carlebach- Bass &
Bass Fiddle, and let’s not leave out the canaries of
Bluegrass; sisters Kathy Breen and Paula Guivens.
-Vocals DON’T MISS IT.
10:50 - 11:30 am

Scher - fiddle, vocals, Eric Charles - mandolin, vocals,

BUTTERFIELD BROTHERS
Here is a band of brothers that make bluegrass
twang turn green with envy. Jerry, Kean, and Shawn
Butterfield. Jerry has been playing the mandoline
forever and knows enough music to fill all seven
hours of music at the festival. These guys have been
entertaining Livermore for a long time. Mandolin,
Harmonica, Guitar and great harmonized vocals.
12:30 noon - 1:50

SPIDERMEOW
Spidermeow is a psychedelic folk-rock band from
Oakland California, by way of Knoxville Tennessee,
Pleasanton California, and Jakarta Indonesia. Taking
cues from the golden age of California Rock, Spidermeow blends sweetly stinging extrapolative guitar and
vocals, nimbly swinging percussion grooves, and
creatively buoyant rock solid bass into an avant-roots
stew. Tasty and nutritious!!
