Vendors will be prepared and ready to sell by 9am on the day of the event. (Set-up from 7am – 8:45am)
All vendors shall indemnify, defend, and forever hold Hawai‘i Maoli, Ewa Beach CBDO, other sponsors and volunteers harmless from
and against all claims, and action from personal damage or other legal damage/claims which may be sustained by any and vendors as a
result of and in conjunction with other vendors involved in the above referenced activity, together with any loss, cost, expense
including and without limitations, court costs, and attorney fees which Hawai‘i Maoli and Ewa Beach CBDO may sustain as a result of
the event, including limitations, claims by the vendor’s own worker employees or other parties against the aforementioned
organizations. Hawai‘i Maoli and Ewa Beach CBDO is to be listed on all insurance certificates as the additional insured.
This is an OUTDOOR event. Vendors will supply their own vehicles, tents, tables, chairs and other supplies as needed.
Canned and bottled drink sales are the exclusive right of Ewa Beach CBDO, unless otherwise specified.
Hawai‘i Maoli and Ewa Beach CBDO will NOT be responsible for any items left unattended.
Vehicles will NOT be allowed on fair grounds between 8:45am & 3:00pm. Free parking is available at the Department of Hawaiian
Homelands (DHHL) parking lot on a first come, first served basis. No parking permits are required.
Vendors are responsible for the removal of all trash off the premises. Please place your empty recyclables in recycle bins.
Excise Tax: Vendors are responsible for all taxes, excise, income or any other levy relating to their income for this event.
NO Alcoholic Beverages are allowed on the premises.
Space Assignments: 10’ x 10’ assigned by event coordinator, unless otherwise specified. Booth assignment is on a first-come, firstserved basis. Preferences may be submitted with application but are NOT guaranteed. We reserve the right to reassign booths at any
time without notice. If the space you are requesting is not available, we will make every effort to assign you to an area nearby. Please
see attached layout. Enter number preference in the space indicated above.

 FOOD VENDORS ONLY: Certification of Liability Insurance showing coverage for Comprehensive General Liability Insurance
including Products Liability with a minimum limit of no less than $300,000 bodily injury, per occurrence and $10,000 Property
damage, per occurrence. Hawai‘i Maoli and Ewa Beach CBDO is to be listed on all insurance certificates as the additional
insured. To be approved by Events Coordinator.
 FOOD VENDORS ONLY: Completed Department of Health Permit and/or DOH Temporary Food Establishment Permit. To be
approved by Events Coordinator.
 FOOD VENDORS ONLY: Menus must be submitted with your application and approved by Events Coordinator.
Hawai‘i Maoli and Ewa Beach CBDO reserves the right to deny or refuse any application.
