RETURN POLICY Return and cancellation policies Accommodation fees are non-refundable. FULL PAYMENT: Festival tickets: Festival tickets are non-refundable. Plane tickets: Plane tickets are non-refundable. Transfers: If you should choose to cancel your transfers booking it will incur cancellation charges. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Date Refund Until 05.03.2015. 60% of total transfer cost, less the service charge Until 05.05.2015. 30% of total transfer cost, less the service charge After 05.05 2015. until arrival date No refund Coaches are carefully orchestrated according to flights timetable. In case of flight delays or cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee your place, if you are late. Late arrivals will be waited for with due consideration being given to the needs of delayed passengers as well as those already on board, or will be placed on the next coach with available seats. Late arrivals will not be refunded. If you miss your plane due to late arrival or departure of the bus for whatsoever reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. American Adventure Team cannot be held responsible for late arrivals due to traffic, accidents or weather conditions. In case of a break-down or accident, American Adventure Team will provide another vehicle for the passengers to continue their trip. Under no circumstances will American Adventure Team pay for passenger's expenses of any kind (taxis, hotels...) In the event of your booking being cancelled by American Adventure Team, your money will be refunded (less the service charge), but American Adventure Team will accept no responsibility for your alternative transfer arrangements. For other sevices in packages - accommodation and transfers our cancellation policy is as follows: Date Refund Until 05.03.2015. 60% of total cost of accommodation and transfer, less service charge Until 05.05.2015. 30% of total cost of accommodation and transfer, less service charge After 05.05 2015. until arrival date No refund Festival tickets Festival tickets are non-refundable. * CANCELLATION RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZERS: Prior to the start of the trip: The organizer has the right to cancel Passenger's trip if the Passenger has not fulfilled all the conditions of package/ticket reservation in the manner stated in the General rules and conditions of use. The Organizer has the right to cancel the trip in the following cases: - when the Passenger has not made the timely payment of the package/ticket or other reserved services (stated in the General trip conditions) - when the Passenger failed to timely inform the Organizer of the change of person which the right to the package/ticket is transferred to or other services he/she reserved (as stated in the General trip conditions) American Adventure shall transport all visitors who make reservations and pay for the services in advance. Upon making the payment, within 24 hours at the latest, you shall receive and e-mail as proof of your payment as well as a voucher with a unique identification number. When entering the vehicle or accommodations you should show the voucher in order to be able to enter the vehicle or your accommodations. American Adventure shall not be held responsible if you enter wrong information and as a result of this do not receive the voucher to your e-mail address, or any other complications and damages caused by entering wrong information. FAQ: 1. To which e-mail address can I send reservation cancellation? You may send the cancellation to [email protected] 2. If I cannot travel, can I give the ticket/package to a friend, and what is the procedure? Yes, you may give the package/ticket to a friend. It is necessary to send the information regarding the person receiving your package/ticket to [email protected] We shall make the change and send you the voucher with a new name. 3. What happens if I did not make the payment up until the stated date? In case when the entire payment has not been made on time, up until 2 months before the trip, as stated in the General trip conditions, the Organizer has the right to retain the sum paid until then and cancel the arrival of the Passenger. The organizer has the right to be reimbursed for the expenses arising from this change. 4. What happens in case when I have reserved transport and accommodations for several people and one or two people do not show up? Do I get a refund for the people who cancelled even though I will be using the services? There is no refund. The organizer has the right to fully charge you for the reserved accommodation and transport services, if they are not canceled on time. What do I need to do in order to make changes regarding my transfer time or date, accommodation type, date or structure? In case you would like to make changes of your transfer or accommodation (it does not apply for the camp site) you should send an email with required changes information to [email protected]. We shall make a custom order and charge you €10 change fee.
