RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The form of admission should be carefully read before it is filled in.
2. Full Fees must be paid in advance. Fees paid is not refundable In any case.
3. Under extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of management, batch shifting will be allowed on payment of fees of
Rs. 1000/- per instance.
4. The fees once paid will not be refunded nor adjusted against the fees of any other students any other courses or any other
batch.
5. The Cheque / DD must be drawn in favour of “EXPERT PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY PVT. LTD.
6. We are accepting all credit & Debit Card payments.
7. The institute reserves its rights to expel from the class any student who will be found not maintaining discipline or is indecent or
improper in his behavior. The decision given by the institute in his regard will be final and will be binding on the student /
guardian . No Fees will be refundable in this case.
8. The Students are advised to park their vehicles at their own risk, strictly observing RTO rules and regulations. The students are
also advised to lock their vehicles properly. Institute holds no responsibility for any theft, loss or damage of the vehicles.
9. Continuous absenteeism without prior intimation may lead to cancellation of admission. No fees will be refunded in such case.
10. use mobile phone during the lecture is strictly prohibited.
11. Please bring your identity Card (fee receipt) everyday and produce it on demand.
12. The academy can use the name and photograph of the students who achieve special position in the examinations.
13. The Academy can send email & SMS to the students for providing batch related information.
14. Under extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of management, Rs. 1000/- Will be charged for loss of Receipt.
15. For bouncing of cheques, a fine of Rs.500/- will be charged.
16. Outstation Cheques are not allowed.
