Silent Auction will close at approximately 7:30 p.m. - an
announcement will be made shortly prior to the closing time
and again at closing time.
After auction closes, bid cards will be collected and taken to
the cashier’s table for recording and tabulating.
After recording winning bids, the bid forms will be placed on
the table near the purses so that people can see information
about the winning bids.
After the speaker has finished and the event is over,
individuals should pick up any centerpieces they’ve purchased
as well as any purses they’ve successfully won (leaving the
bid form on the table).
Please take your purchases to the cashier’s table and they will
take payment for the item(s) you’re purchasing - NOTE:
Cash, check or credit card can be accepted as payment.
