Our Mission: After graduating from Central Saint Martin’s in 2001 (B.A Hons Fashion Design, Womenswear), Jeanine Hsu started her career in the Vienna workshops for the Salzburg Festival and the Vienna Burg Theatre’s productions. With this foundation in handcrafted garments, Jeanine furthered her expertise under Vivienne Westwood and worked behind the scenes for international fashion brands from Diesel to Alice Temperley. She launched n i i n in 2005 with the aim of creating artisan jewellery that combines natural materials and a light environmental footprint. While cutting her teeth in the iconic Portobello and Spitalfields markets, the brand was born and began to flourish. This initial success brought the brand to the forefront of British design showcasing at Harrods displays. Job Specifications: 1. Assistant for CEO job description -Assistant to the CEO of a boutique luxury brand with showroom in Central, handle general admin for the shop / wholesale . -Deal with high end spas etc some experience with sales, invoicing, simple bookkeeping, inventory management desirable. In the job, you would have opportunities : - Working closely to the designer everyday; - Exposure to the world of fashion and luxury jewelries - Meeting with people in fashion crowd; - Build yourself communication & organizational skills - Join network parties/events from time to time. We offer average $ 11,000/month if full-time, depending on experiences; part-time candidates would be paid on daily base, minimum 2 days per week. Students with interest in luxury /brand/ marketing are welcome to join. 2.Volunteer for events/shows(part-time) - Assistant in sales, customer communications, simple bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory management issues during Christmas season events both in central showroom and private events in art gallery/members clubs. - Support before & during event. Requirements for both positions: - - Bookkeeping and Admin skills, - - Excellent English Communication skills, - - Organization skills and comfortable with multi-tasks - - Excellent computer skills (excel vital), - - Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility, - - Independent and able to work under pressure.
