Youth Exchange Project

We would like to welcome you to the “CreARTive feelings” youth exchange project!
 APV (advanced planning visit) Date: 9-10 May 2015

Youth Exchange Date: 1– 10 June 2015

Location: Będzin, Poland.

Number of project participants : 50

5 countries – Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Italy, Czech Republic.

9 participants from each country (age 18-24) +1 leader (age 18+)

Working Language: The official project language will be English, however,
many of you speak many different languages. But don't be scared if you think
that your English is not good enough. We will find many different ways to
communicate and interact!!
This youth exchange heartly welcomes young motivated people who are interested
in intercultural learning activities. However, participants are expected to respect
each other, to be part of the group, to take part in all activities of the youth
exchange and to be responsible for themselves. Remember!! Youth exchanges are
not holidays; they combine collaborative work & fun!
Costs & Refund of Travel Expenses
The reimbursement will be made according to the rules of Erasmus + Program. We
need to receive all original travel proof documents. Please, buy two way tickets.



All accommodation and food costs will be paid by the hosting organization.
We are not responsible for the costs of the medical insurance.
There is no participation fee for the project.
The reimbursement will be made according to the rules of Erasmus + Program. Travel
expenses will be reimbursed to your bank account 60 days after completion of the
exchange or immediately when the Polish national agency
will get a tranche
of funds allocated to the reimbursement of travel costs. This applies to both, the
preparatory visit (APV), as well as youth exchange project.
Accomodation
Exchange participants will be accomodated in a *** hotel „Sportowa Dolina”
in Będzin. Whole complex will be only at our disposal -that means safety and
comfort.
Advanced Planning Visit (APV)
APV will take place in Będzin, Poland 9-10 may 2015. Leaders will be accomodated
in the same hotel (Sportowa Dolina) as the project will be at. During APV we will
discus ways of communication, schedule, program of the exchange. Organisator
provides transport from Pyrzowice Airport and Katowice train station to the place of
accomodation.
Short description of the project
The project "CreARTive feelings" aims at integration of young people from different
backgrounds and cultures of the European Union. We want to build bonds
of friendship and understanding between young people, teach them mutual respect
and tolerance, teach tchem how to openly express their views and opinions.
