and evaluation of bid and finalization of L1. Service Tax will not be considered for
Comparison.
** Hiring charge includes, Vehicle, GPS Device, the salary/ wages of drivers, cost of maintenance of the
vehicles, repair, replacement of spare parts and all other charges like, lubricating oil, all risk
insurance, overheads & profit, commercial permit, license fee, statuary compliances and including
replacement of vehicles as required.
*** Reimbursement per KM will be given basis on the prevailing fuel cost and KM run will be
considered on actual basis, supported by GPS tracking report.
