MAIDS Service is available for all systems. The
cost is already included in annual licensing plans,
but for purchase plans, it is completely optional,
divisible, and subject to an additional annual fee.
TRAINING OPTIONS
EZ HACCP wants at least one employee of every
customer to be the local expert for that system
and trainer for users of that system. Limited free
“Train the Trainer” training is available for local
experts. We also offer free product usage videos
online; webinars and classroom training events in
Oregon and California are also held from time to
time for a nominal charge. If client desires to
host a training event at their local facility, fees for
training and customary travel expenses will apply.
Notes: we recommend wired CAT6 connections in
all production areas due to the prevalence of
stainless steel. We also recommend at least one
wireless tablet computer per facility. They are
handy when walking around with an inspector.

Account Levels include Multiple Plant Owners,

• Reports can be pulled for any form by any date
range; information can be sent to the screen
for display, or downloaded on a spreadsheet.
For Multiple Plant Owners, the source of the
data can be a single plant, or a portfolio
grouping of plants.
• Users each have a unique code which they can
use to “Tap On” to any terminal. Tapping off a
terminal is a single click.
• The system displays menus to users based only
upon what they are allowed to access by virtue
of their account level and assigned user roles.

• For clients who choose the local server/intranet

OUR APPROACH
EZHACCP is intelligent transaction based
software. It all starts with your custom HACCP
plan, where your Unique Process Flow is entered
into, validated by, and maintained within the EZ
HACCP system as a series of steps. Some of
these steps are common, and require no official
documentative acknowledgement; still, some
steps do, so they become "Form Events". Form
Events are either manually opened by selecting
them from the main menu, or automatically
scheduled due to a triggering event. Scheduled
form events are presented as an organized “Todo” list by the system which is visible on touch
screen computers located at strategic locations
within your facility. Completion of Form Events
automatically triggers the scheduling of
subsequent form events at their due time. When
a process is fully completed and documented, it
no longer appears on the schedule.
Throughout the day, data is analyzed, and
problems are identified and displayed for
authorized users to see. Nothing falls through the
cracks, as the system keeps track of everything.
