47th BIRTHDAY CONTEST RULES
Contest is open to persons 18 years of age or older,
excluding employees of FABRICLAND DISTRIBUTORS
INC. and their immediate families. Only one ballot per
person will be allowed.
The rules and regulations shall be broken down into two
(2) categories: sewing machine and serger draws, and
gift certificate draws.
Sewing Machine & Serger Draws
One (1) sewing machine winner and one (1) serger
winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the 3 1/2 week
sale period in each* participating store. The period for
depositing ballots shall be from Wednesday, April 1Sunday, April 26, 2015 (except where not open Sundays,
then Saturday, April 25, 2015). On the following Monday
(April 27, 2015) one sewing machine and one serger
winner will be drawn per participating store (in that
order). Limit one (1) machine per person; in the event that
the same name is draw more than once, another ballot
will be drawn. The winners' names will be recorded, and
their winning ballots will be held over for participation in
the Gift Certificate Draws.
Gift Certificate Draws
Gift Certificate winners will be drawn at the conclusion
of the 3 1/2 week balloting period, after all winners for the
machines have been drawn. All ballots will then be
combined, including the winning sewing machine and
serger ballots. Forty-seven (47) winning ballots will be
drawn at each* participating store. Limit one (1) $47 Gift
Certificate per person; in the event that the same name
is draw more than once, another ballot will be drawn.
All Winners will be notified by phone from the stores
where their names are drawn. Instructions regarding the
claiming of prizes will be given at the time of notification
of winning. All prizes have no cash value and must be
accepted as awarded. Valid identification must be presented to claim prizes. Local Winners' names will be
posted in each participating Fabricland store.
*Please Note: Re: Orangeville and Owen Sound: Orangeville will give
away one (1) serger only, Owen Sound will give a way one (1) sewing
machine only, and both stores will give away ten (10) $25 Gift Certificates
per store. Their unique rules and regulations will be posted in-store.
