Cancellations are refundable, less a $75 administration fee. Notice of cancellations must be made in writing and received prior to one week of the seminar date to qualify for a refund. Refunds will not be issued to registered attendees who fail to show up and have not given notice of cancellation. Substitutions may be made upon approval by FADONA. Checks with insufficient funds will be charged a $35 service charge. No certification will be given to a participant who leaves early. If you are pursuing a CDP, you will have 30 days to submit your application (additional discounted FADONA fee of $25 — normally $100) to NCCDP for consideration.
