Join Philadelphia Family magazine as we celebrate the 2015 LOVE Awards’ recognition of the best local
resources for raising a family on the Main Line and Western Suburbs. You nominated, you voted, now come
out to celebrate with your winners! An evening of networking and mingling while raising money to benefit
the A+ Educators Awards.
Promotion for Philadelphia Family’s Celebration of the Best for Families begins in March and builds until
May, when there is a heavy saturation. This event will be promoted online, via social media, posters,
postcards, flyers, and with email.
Where: Positano Coast, 212 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106
When: Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 7:00 - 9:30 PM. VIP Cocktail Reception for LOVE Award Partners,
Supporters, and Friends at 6:30 PM.
Who: Estimated attendance 125, number of exhibitors opportunities: 10.
Beneficiary: The A+ Educators Awards were conceived by the Family Focus Media team as an opportunity
to accomplish two worthy goals: to help parents in the Greater Philadelphia Region make informed choices
about their children’s education, and to honor and celebrate teachers, coaches, school administrators, and
guidance counselors of excellence from all education communities—public, private, parochial and charter—
and from all grade levels, from nursery school through high school.
A portion of this event’s proceeds will benefit Philadelphia Family’s A+ Educator Awards. Nominations for
the 2015 awards will open in May, and winners will be honored and awarded grants toward their school or
education charity of choice in September.

Sponsorship is a critical component of any fundraising event to offset
the cost to produce the event. It offers a unique opportunity for organizations to
