Summer League
FAST Complex runs the largest High School
Summer league in the City of Houston. This
program is designed to give teams (high
school) in the Houston Area an opportunity
to improve their skills throughout the
summer while playing with their potential
teammates. This league runs on a weekly
basis for 6 weeks and offers the teams an
opportunity to play 2 matches (2 out of 3
sets) each night. We recommend that you
register as a team. You still must register
individually and email Kara your team roster
no later than May 15.

Kindergarten – 3rd Grade
Don’t let the name fool you. This program is 6 weeks
long with 45 minutes of training every Wednesday.
The training will put an emphasis on motor
development through various volleyball skills. This
program is for K-3rd grade boys and girls. It is open
to those who have played before or not at all.

4 & 5th Grade

This is a great program for 4 and 5 grade boys and
girls who want to learn volleyball with fun and
enjoyment being the focal point. This type of
volleyball incorporates team play with motor learning
and skill development. This program is 6 weeks long
with 1 hour of practice and playing.

6th Grade League
This program is for 6th grade boys and
girls who want to continue to develop the
fundamentals and skills of volleyball. This
program is 6 weeks long with 1.5 hours of
practice and playing.

Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm

7th & 8th Grade
Summer League
This program is for players entering into
the 7th & 8th grade, open to boys and girls.
You will register by grade and experience.
The league will be divided into two
separate leagues, experienced and nonexperienced. The experienced players will
train by position for 1 hour followed by 6
on 6 cooperative and competitive play.
The non-experienced players will work to
develop the fundamentals and basic skills
of volleyball to prepare them for the junior
high tryout program. This program is 6
weeks long with 2 hours of training. FAST
Complex will proved coaching for the
players registering in this league. Each
player will receive a t-shirt.
