Exchange policy
We are proud of our products and all Mel and Steff dolls undergo a close check before dispatch.
We are happy to exchange a product directly purchased from Mel and Steff. However, we are unable to refund.
Items for exchange must be unopened and in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery.
