I sat in the front pew, a few feet from where Pope John-Paul used to sit and meditate. When I raised the camera to my eyes, his face filled the frame and all his pain and suffering could be felt through the picture. Their program covered a wide range of music from the beautifully emotional violin solo in “Schindler’s List” to the magical “Wizard of Oz” medley.
