of Valentine’s Day 2013 chocolate gift assortments and two special events in San Francisco. Mark
your calendar for the 10th Annual Food from the Heart Celebration at the Ferry Building on
February 8 where Recchiuti will be selling a special version of its Whoopie Cake or stop by
Recchiuti’s Valentine’s pop-up shop at Flora Grubb Gardens on February 9 for chocolate gift
assortments and more. Handmade in Recchiuti’s San Francisco production kitchen, this year’s
Valentine’s offerings have something for everyone.
Hearts in Motion Box (9 pieces; 3.5 oz; $25) (not available at Little Nib)
Recchiuti’s signature Burnt Caramel truffles decorated with whimsical
“Hearts in Motion” images, nestled in an elegant black box adorned with a
crimson satin ribbon.
Champagne Truffles (about 24 pieces; 6 oz; $25)
Take the creamiest dark chocolate truffle, enhance it with
Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs from Napa Valley and add a kiss of
confectioner's sugar. Champagne Truffles come in an elegant
handmade platinum box finished with a crimson satin ribbon.
Valentine’s Day 16-piece Box (16 pieces; 6.25 oz; $44)
The universal language of love is chocolate. Say those "three little words"
in sixteen bite-sized ways. The 16-piece Valentine’s Day assortment
contains our most popular flavors, including Burnt Caramel, which is
adorned with an image of hearts. This assortment comes in an elegant

Valentine’s Day 32-piece Box (32 pieces; 13.25 oz; $83)
Three layers of the finest artisan chocolates, including our Fleur de Sel
Caramel, Ginger Heart and Lavender Vanilla. The Burnt Caramel is
adorned with an image of hearts. This assortment comes in an elegant
handmade platinum box finished with a crimson satin ribbon.
XO Box (16 pieces; 5.85 oz; $40)
Indulge in a little extra loving with our XO Box, containing two limited
edition seasonal confections: raspberry-kissed chocolate ganache and creamy
raspberry filling is contained in our dark chocolate geodesic dome and rich
dark chocolate hugs decadent Force Noir ganache with a whisper of vanilla
bean, molded into a heart shape. The “passion red” box comes with a
platinum-embossed sleeve.
Valentine’s Platinum Collection (88 pieces; 2.2 lbs; $160)

Valentine’s Day Special Events
Join Michael and Jacky Recchiuti for the 10th Annual Food from the Heart Celebration at the
Ferry Building Marketplace, Friday February 8th 5:00 to 7:30pm. Recchiuti Confections will be
selling a special version of its infamous Whoopie Cake, created just for the event, with a portion of
the proceeds going to Slow Food San Francisco. Open to the public.

Gardens (1634 Jerrold Avenue, San Francisco), Saturday February 9th 9:00am to 5:00pm. We will

Recchiuti Confections’ Valentine’s Day products can be ordered immediately and will be available in
retail stores and the website starting on Friday, January 18th and will be ready to ship out beginning
Monday, January 21st. Local orders will ship FedEx Ground; all other orders will ship FedEx 2-Day
Air or Overnight.
