Better Living – Falls Prevention Community Program:

Friday: 1:00 - 1:50 pm : Healthy Heart & Body Balance - Medium intensity
For individuals who have some fitness experience and can stand without the assistance
of a device/chair.
Friday: 2:00 - 2:50: Breath Better - Low intensity
For individuals who have shortness of breath or are at risk for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or Congestive Heart Failure

The instructor will guide you through a selection of precise, natural movement

Growing Healthy Together: Drop in! starting from May19th

Our primary care team has a family
physicians, nurse practitioner, and
registered nurse. Priority will be
given to people without a doctor.
Female providers are available.
Counselling
We are accepting referrals for
individual and family counselling,
parenting consultation, and single
session therapy.
Medical Foot Care
Foot and ankle care is available to
clients who have a doctor’s referral and
who meet our eligibility criteria.
Diabetes Education Program
Group and individual sessions for
people with Type 2 diabetes & Pre
diabetes.
Toronto Public Health Dental
Toronto Public Health will provide
FREE basic dental care to children
(0-17 years), adults enrolled in
selected Toronto Public Health
programs and seniors (65 years and
older).
 You must live in Toronto
 You cannot have dental insurance
 You cannot pay for a dentist
