DFDS A/S has in week 23 purchased 5,955 own shares for DKK 4.9m as part of the
share buy-back programme of DKK 300m launched on 22 April 2015 and expiring
latest on 31 December 2015, ref. company announcement no. 33/2015 of 21 April
2015.
The accumulated share buy-back of 52,778 shares for DKK 39.7m amounts to 13.2%
of the programme.

Company’s total no. of shares of 12,650,000. Excluding own shares, the no. of circulating shares is 12,048,043.

Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 (Safe Harbour regulation for share buy-backs).
