Cash Wise Foods Celebrates Grand Opening of New Supermarket in West Fargo, ND
Guests to enjoy super lower prices on thousands of fresh food items
ST. CLOUD, MINN. (May 15, 2015) – Cash Wise Foods – owned by Coborn’s, Inc. – will celebrate the Grand Opening of its
new store May 22 at 11:00 a.m. at 755 33 Ave. E., West Fargo, N.D. The celebration will include a ribbon cutting, opening
day specials and drawings for giveaways. Guests will experience the lowest prices in the community on thousands of
fresh food items across the store and an incredibly friendly store staff.
The 65,000-square foot supermarket brings many offerings not previously available in West Fargo. The 24/7 store
employs more than 100 people and has created new jobs within the community. It features a Caribou Coffee, Little
Dukes convenience store and Cash Wise liquor store located right next door. The store has brought in several seasoned
Cash Wise employees from the Fargo and Moorhead stores to provide leadership in the new store, which continues to
hire new employees.
On the day of the Grand Opening celebration, Cash Wise Foods will open the new store at 6:00 a.m. and will have job
booths open and on-site interviews available for interested applicants to apply for the remaining full-time and part-time
positions that the store is still filling.
Cash Wise guests will find many ways to save money every day through weekly advertisements, monthly coupon books,
Truckload Buys, free items, and a huge selection of store brand products. At this new store, they will find low prices on
thousands of every-day-low-price items across the store in addition to special features, including:


More than 600 varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables harvested with peak-of-the-season freshness and flavor. Also
available is a large selection of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables made fresh daily and a large selection of organic
produce.
Full-service Meat department that has a rock-solid beef program. Cash Wise features premium, certified Hereford
Beef offerings, 100-percent pure ground beef, chuck and round program, Farmland all-natural no-solutions-added
pork, and Gold’n Plump fresh Grade A poultry. The Meat department uses state-of-the-art flavor sealed beef- and
pork-packaging technology to maximize freshness. It also offers meals-in-minutes entrees, including premium
marinated beef, pork and poultry, kabobs, beef patties, and brats, all perfect for grilling. Also available is a full
selection of Cash Wise Signature Smokehouse Meats, including old-fashioned smoked hams, bacon, sausages, brats
and more. A full-service Fresh Seafood program is also included in the Meat department.





Full-service Deli complete with Cash Wise Signature whole-roasted rotisserie chicken, hot entrees, golden-fried
chicken, Cash Wise Fresh Pizza, fresh sushi bar, and more. Also available is a wide variety of fresh-sliced meats and
cheeses and delicious deli favorites, such as potato, pasta and garden salads.
Onsite Bakery featuring oven-fresh breads and rolls, artisan breads, Ciabatta rolls and Parisian French bread. Also
available are fresh-baked muffins, cookies, bars, old-fashioned pies, and cakes decorated by hand or with edible
photo imaging. The Bakery also specializes in Cash Wise Signature M&M Cookies and Dollar Buns.
Bulk Foods carrying hundreds of conventional and organic products such as pastas, dried fruits, granola, cereal,
candies and even pet foods and treats. The Bulk Foods department aims to offer products that are five percent less
expensive than the cheapest option on the shelves. It allows guests to sample something new with little risk by
purchasing small quantities or save in a big way by buying large quantities of their favorite products, as well.
NuVal nutritional scoring system, which allows guests to easily see the nutritional value of the food they are buying,
right on the price tag. The system scores food on a scale of 1 to 100. The higher the NuVal score, the better the
nutrition.

Store Management
West Fargo Store Director Greg Jaroszewski has been managing the Cash Wise in Moorhead, right across the river, for
the last 27 years. He understands the market well and has consistently led his teams to success.

Roger Nelson will manage Cash Wise Liquor; he has moved here from Bozeman, MT, where he managed a liquor store
for the last five years. He brings 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

Cash Wise Foods has been in operation in Fargo/Moorhead and Bismarck for 27 years and enjoys serving North Dakota.
In 2012, Coborn’s entered into a joint partnership with Williston-based JK Foods to co-own the former Economart,
Stanley Food Pride, Tioga Food Pride and Country Floral and convert the supermarkets into Cash Wise stores. In 20132014, Coborn’s built new Cash Wise stores in Watford City, Minot, Stanley, and Tioga and acquired the 5-store Captain
