Respected Sir/ madam,
This refers to implementation of ‘e-Suvidha’ scheme at your esteemed college and
seamless integration of colleges with university for electronic data exchange with the help of
MKCL’s Digital College® software provided to you.
Digital College® software has been deployed and working successfully since Academic year
2007-2008 at your college. In each Academic year, we have added new functionalities and reports
which are frequently used and required by Colleges and University. A comprehensive list of reports
is attached for your kind reference. Below are mentioned some functionalities which are very
useful from college, student and administration perspective.
1. Principal Dashboard – Graphical visualization of important data
2. Multilingual Content facility – to facilitate inclusion of ‘Marathi’ content
3. College Time Table Management/ Teachers work load report
4. Various admission and statistical Reports
5. Various Certificates and I Card
For your reference we are attaching some reports which are produced from Digital
College Software.
We also request you to furnish ‘e-Suvidha’ services which are provided to students to be
displayed on College Notice Board. A sample template is attached herewith for your ready
reference.
