includingyourhands,inveryhotwater.Glassjarsandstoragebottlesarepreferabletoplastic
sincekefiractuallyeatsawayatplastic.Ifthekefireatstheplastic,youinturnconsumeplastic.
Limitedcontactisfine,butprolongedexposureisdiscouraged.It’sveryimportanttousefresh
coconutwaterfromyoungcoconuts.Store-boughtcoconutwaterwillnotworkastheproductis
pasteurised.
