Down Payment Resource (DPR) – This new service alerts buyers, sellers and
REALTORS® when a listed property may have some sort of grant or government
subsidy available to the buyer of the property. This is available for all counties in
western North Carolina.
Data Co-Op – More ways to find properties and more facts about those
properties…all at your fingertips. This fully integrated search engine not only includes
all of our MLS listings, but more than one million other MLS listings from across the
United States. Many use it more than our MLS system because of its capabilities.
Now.realtor.com - Now search almost every property in the entire United States with
the most advanced search engine presently available to Realtors. This brand new
offering is drawing rave reviews.
Integrated Rentals Property Type with optional RETS service to third party sites
- Designed by property managers, it provides the specialized information needed
by consumers to make better choices in that marketplace.

Mobile MLS - Search MLS and agent information on your BlackBerry, i-Phone, iPad, Android and many other smart phones with a “native app” designed just for
that purpose.
Integrated Property Records Search – Instant search of county tax records from
within MLS system using, Realist from First American Corporation and your
county’s local GIS system, if available. Realist is the most widely quoted and used
source of property data in the United States.
Public Web Site – The Regional maintains a public web site to promote active
listings and REALTORS® in Western North Carolina. Visit it at http://ncmmls.com .
The web site is promoted in local newspapers and in Southern Living Magazine and
other media vehicles.
Advanced Statistical Package – Anaylze data right down to the sub-division level.

Private web sites - The regional hosts its own private web sites for participants and
subscribers. Timely information can be found there including a variety of marketing reports
sorted by county and our calendar of events.
MLS software - In late June we will begin using the largest and most powerful MLS system
in the country: CoreLogic’s Matrix System. Available because of our new contract with
Charlotte MLS.
Clareity Scout - This new product reduces unauthorized users to our system helping to
protect our data and insure that those who have access to our data pay for it through MLS
fees.
Supra i-Keys– Compatible Supra keys can be programmed to be used across entire regional
service area at no charge.

OPTIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Full RETS data services - This is available to both agents and brokers. These activities are all
performed in-house so we have complete control over where your data goes. This is an low
cost, optional, fee based service. ($50 launch fee; $150 annual fee.)
Low cost personal or firm web sites including hosting with near real time updates. –
Complete agent or firm web sites at three price-points: good - $249/yr., better - $359/yr. and
best, which is $359/yr. plus $35 hr. custom programming charges. These prices include all IDX
data transfers!
Full IDX links – The full IDX links provide agents and brokers with a variety of links to display
firm, agent and board-wide listings in a contemporary, feature-rich web package. The fees
are the same as for RETS services.
Supra Active Keys for use with i-Boxes may be leased for a deposit of $350 ($300 of which is
fully refundable if returned upon departure).
Supra i-Boxes may be purchased at very low prices…call for current price.
