School Leadership Teams can register using DOE Purchase Orders!
Please inform your School Leadership Teams that they may use funds allocated to the team to pay conference
registration fees ($50 per participant) for the UFT Spring Education Conference that will be held on Saturday,
May 30, 2015. Please follow standard procedures for processing purchase orders as well as the steps below:
In order to process the Purchase order, each person must fill out the coupon below.

Please submit a separate coupon for each registrant. This coupon may be duplicated.
