staff, I am delighted you are joining us in Manchester! This letter confirms your
registration for the American Camp Association, New England Conference March 2628, 2015 at the Radisson Hotel Manchester. Thank you for registering. We are
eagerly anticipating your arrival.
Please review and retain this conference registration confirmation carefully
as it contains key information.
Check in:
Upon arrival, check in at the Conference Registration Booth.
Thursday, March 26th
Check-in will open at 8:00 AM in the Hotel Atrium.
Friday, March 27th and Saturday March 28th
Check-in will be open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Hotel Atrium. Walk-in
registration will be available at the Conference Registration booth.
If you are staying at the Radisson Hotel Manchester, you can check-in to your room
at the hotel front desk any time after 3:00 PM on the date of your reservation.
Plan Ahead:
• Get a jump start on your camp purchasing by visiting our Virtual Expo Hall.
• Don’t miss out on Thursday Night! Join Bob Ditter with our conference
kickoff followed by our first set of breakout sessions.
• Be sure to join us for the Friday Evening Dinner and Annual Meeting.
• VOLUNTEER! There are many volunteer opportunities while you are at the
conference. Contact Donna if you are interested in volunteering.
• We are going GREEN! While we need to have many items in print at the
conference, we are making a push this year to take out some items that can
be utilized electronically.
o Daily updates will be posted on the scrolling electronic message area
located near the Atrium.
o Session handouts will all be available online. You will be able to view
the session handouts shortly before the start of conference and for one
week after the conclusion of the conference.
o Session Evaluations will be able to be completed online. Be sure to
bring your tablet or laptop to your education sessions so that you can
complete a session evaluation after each session. Your feedback is
important to us!
o We have a new style of name tag this year. We will be collecting
name tags to recycle them for next year! Look for the brightly colored
boxes located near registration to return your name tag before you
head home.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to you! You are invited to attend our Firsttime Participant session, Friday morning from 8:15 AM to 8:45 AM in Salon A. This
session sets the tone of the conference for newcomers and encourages more
interaction through a series of lively ice-breaker activities and a spirit of fun!

on our website prior to the conference and on the scrolling message board located

DIRECTIONS TO RADISSON HOTEL MANCHESTER 700 Elm Street, Manchester,
NH 03101 (603) 625-1000 (Please consult a map for your best approach to
Manchester.) Interstate 93 is east of Manchester. Interstate 293 is west and south.
The easiest access to the Hotel is via Interstate 293. FROM THE SOUTH via I-293:
Take Exit 5, turn right onto Granite Street and follow Granite across Canal Street.
The Center is on the left, and access to parking is from Granite Street. FROM THE
NORTH, via I-293: Take Exit 6, cross the Amoskeag Bridge, turn right onto Elm
Street, and right again just past the hotel onto Granite Street. Access to parking is
from Granite Street.
Parking: Receive a parking discount slip at the ACA New England Conference
Registration booth or at the hotel front desk.
