LIGHTHOUSE BAPTIST CAMP PACKING LIST for July 6- 11, 2015 Form Deadline: June 24, 2015 *** Maximum Camp Capacity: 150 student campers WHAT TO BRING: □ Modest jeans or shorts (shorts must be KNEE length) □ Modest T-shirts (no vulgar printings and must have sleeves) (A camp shirt will be furnished to wear for events) □ Dress clothes for Evening Worship Services (i.e. GUYS: khaki slacks & polo shirt, GIRLS: modest skirt & top) (Please label all clothing, towels, etc. in case articles become lost) □ Underwear & modest sleeping attire □ Tennis shoes you are not afraid to get dirty – sandals or flip flops are NOT suitable for wearing during events! □ Swim trunks for guys and swimming suits for girls – (t-shirts are required to be worn for each) □ Sleeping Bag, pillow and recommended twin size fitted sheet GUYS & GIRLS will be sleeping in separate rustic dormitories with bunk beds & mattresses □ Towel(s) for showering □ Toiletries – personal hygiene materials □ Water bottle -Each camper is required to bring their own labeled water bottle for use during camp events and meals. Refill stations will be available throughout the facilities. (Camp water bottles will be available for purchase at the Snack Shack.) □ Sun Screen! Bug Spray! □ Bible, Notebook, Pens and Pencils □ Money for offerings, Snack Shack refreshments and camp apparel - secure lock up will be available for their funds. We will not be responsible for any funds not placed in our secure lock up. □ Any Paintball equipment you may have for your own use - please label your own equipment! (Guns will be chronographed to meet our safety standards) □ Musical instruments (optional) for special music or participation in worship services **Cell Phones for emergency use only – must be turned off at all other times with the possibility of confiscation for improper use and returned to parents upon arrival. (Cell signal is very limited at camp.) **Failure to abide by camp rules, regulations or team leader instructions may result in immediate dismissal from events or camp facilities in extreme cases and parents will be required to pick up the camper(s) . WHAT NOT TO BRING: • • • • • • iPods MP3/4 players CDs/DVDs or players PSPs Any electronic devices • • • Weapons Alcohol, drugs or any kind of tobacco products Immodest shorts, shirts or skirts (campers will be given a camp shirt to wear all week and keep; it will be washed for them each night.) These items will be confiscated and returned to your parents when they arrive to pick you up. Depending on the severity, appropriate action will be taken to insure the safety of all the campers. Local Area Campers: Drop your children off at 3:00pm on Monday, July 6th at First Baptist Church, 104 N. 15th St., Unionville, MO Call: (660) 355-4820 or (816) 810-5806 Pick up campers at 2:00pm on Saturday, July 11th at First Baptist Church. Prior arrangements must be made if camper(s) leave camp at a different time or location! Sign out and prior permission will be required. Out-of-State Campers: Meet at the campgrounds at 44025 198th St., Livonia, MO 63551 Registration will begin at 5:00pm on Monday, July 6th at the Campgrounds
