GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS TO CLEAN SCRUTINEERING
Venue Location: Blatherskite Park, Len Kittle Drive, Alice Springs.
It is anticipated that approximately 6000 people attend the Scrutineering at Blatherskite Park (Friday night).
It is anticipated that the scrutineer venue will be cleared of the majority of spectators by 10:00 pm Friday night.
Venue will be available for cleaning from 8:00 am Saturday 6 June. All rubbish is to be placed in supplied bins
and skips, which are required to be placed between the two major pavilions. Toilets will also need to be checked
and any litter removed.
The decision to appoint cleaning contractors at these venues will be based on service supplied. A proven ability
to meet the requirements of cleaning for this venue is a necessary part of the application form and will also be
taken into consideration.
The following conditions shall apply:

Operators must have relevant public liability insurance and should include documentation of such with
their submission.

Operators must supply their own tools and equipment necessary i.e. gloves etc.
