Adoption of Consent Calendar
The Commission will make any necessary additions, deletions, or corrections to the Agenda,
determine matters to be added or removed from the Consent Calendar, and with one motion
adopt the Agenda and approve the Consent Calendar.

2.2 Meeting Summaries: Approve February 9 and 23, 2015 Meeting Summaries.

Open Forum: This is the public's chance to speak on any topic not listed on this agenda.

Strategic Planning (Discussion) Commissioners will discuss the next strategic plan beginning
July 1, 2017 including successes and opportunities in administration, program, evaluation,
fiscal and community collaboration.
5 Evaluation (Discussion) Commissioners will discuss the FY 15-16 Evaluation scope of work
including Children’s Health and Early Care and Education Reports.
6 Fiscal (Discussion) Commissioners will discuss the FY 14-15 expenditure report, FY 15-16 draft
budget, long term fiscal plan and Audit Engagement by Jensen Smith.
7 Scope of Work Negotiations (Discussion) Commissioners will discuss progress on FY 15-16
contract negotiations including program, data collection and evaluation.
8 Communications Plan (Discussion) Commissioners will discuss communication strategies for
FY 15-16 including messaging, outreach strategies, branding and outreach materials.
9 Funding Opportunities (Discussion) Commissioners will discuss funding opportunities
including the Children’s Dental Van, First 5 California and Mental Health Services Act.
