each Ministry co-founders and sisters Sue Harris and Mary Buchholz will lead the
programming for Women’s Camp 2015. They
have felt led to provide a ministry of opportunity
for women to share their gifts with each other.
Sue is a Minnesota school district administrator
with many years of teaching and leadership experience. Mary recently retired as a bank operations manager in South Dakota with experience in business and technology. Both Sue and
Mary’s faith is the cornerstone of their lives and
they are extremely active in their respective
churches and communities.
As a next step in their faith journey, they
create and provide retreats/workshops that help
women go deeper with their own spiritual faith
journeys. Reach events provide opportunities
for women to share their stories and encourage
each other. These events are offered nondenominationally and to women of all ages. We
have much to learn from each other.

Connecting and Reconnecting with our
God, ourselves and each other
Dear Friends, Living Water Reach Retreat offered by
my friends Mary and Sue for Placerville Women’s Camp
2015 will be a time you won’t want to miss. As women
with hectic lives we need a time to recharge our faith
batteries and reconnect with God. These four days at
Placerville will give you that experience. So set aside June 15-18 for
yourself this year and come be filled
with the living water we are offered
through Jesus Christ.

Itinerary
Women’s Camp begins on Monday June 15
with registration from 4:30 - 5:30pm. Two
full days will follow that are promised to provide a unique opportunity to experience God
through the building of friendships, basking in
God’s awesome creation, and sharing in each
others stories. Camp will conclude by 11am
on Thursday morning with hugs, farewells and
saying good bye to new sisters in Christ.

the breathtaking Black Hills National Park
and Rapid Creek we will:
*Enjoy conversation with each other on
the important topics of our lives
*Journal and write out our thoughts and
intentions
*Spend quiet time alone with God
*Worship in music and song
*Create a bracelet of trust
*Enjoy the outdoors and God’s creation
*Be challenged to partake more deeply of
the Living Water offered by Jesus

Conference Camperships are available on line as well as
many congregations offer camperships. Contact us if
finances are an issue.
Join us for a time of fellowship, faith-building
and exploring ourselves and our faith journeys.
Enjoy crafts, spiritual renewal, singing, praying,
great food, exercise, quiet time -all in the company of some great women!
Bring along your children from babies to 3rd
grade. Babysitting will be supplied for children
up to 1st grade during programming time.
Children who have completed grade 2-3 will
have their own “Shining Stars” camping experience but will be close enough to mom/grandma
to transition into camping at Placerville without
having to take the plunge alone. Faith stories,
crafts, hikes, games, singing and helping with
the daily chores are all part of the “Shining
Stars” experience!
