Deaths in Our Church Family
First Baptist Church of Gaston lost two
dear friends and church members in
March, Mrs. Dorothy Williamson and Mrs.
Mary Pound. They will be deeply missed
by their families and friends as well as the
church family. We, as a church, extend our
deepest sympathy to both families.
Mrs. Dot Williamson passed away
March 17, 2015. The family received
friends one hour prior to the beautiful celebration of life service held
for her here March 20 at First Baptist.
Mrs. Mary Pound passed away
March 29, 2015. A beautiful celebration of life service was held for her
April 1, 2015 here at First Baptist.
The family received friends after the
service at the home of Warren and
Beth Cope.
