FISH helps families in need and is sponsored
by 53 churches in Walton County. The
mission of the golf tournament is to raise
money to help provide meals for
underprivileged children in Walton County.
These children receive daily meals at school,
and FISH has been filing this void during the
summer. FISH serves more than 2,300 daily
sack lunches during the summer and
provides children with a hygiene kit.
Sixty dollars ($60) sponsors 1 child for the
summer. It provides 55 sack lunches and a
hygiene kit. This is FISH’s 10th year feeding
children. In Georgia, 1 out of 4 children go
to bed hungry.
