Andrew Hirshfeld, the USPTO’s Deputy
Commissioner for Patent Examination Policy, on
the USPTO’s December 2014 interim guidance for
patentable subject matter eligibility. Following
the presentation, a panel of experts will discuss
how the Alice v. CLS Bank International Supreme
Court decision has impacted the USPTO and
Practitioners.
